Hello! My name is Jessica Swearingen. My background includes degrees in History, Adult and Community Education, and Writing. I have had quite an interesting career path which has included stops as a communications professor, freelance writer, running coach, and training consultant for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

My publishing credits include a novel, short stories, creative nonfiction pieces, and a bunch of copy and content for the web.

In my free time, I love to read and run. I am an experienced marathoner who has run a marathon in every state in the U.S.
